Spring Cleaning!

OK. Major spring cleaning underway. This means maintenance of hard drives, defragging, archiving, etc. Installation of a new CD burner. Major renovation of office. Moving two computers. Restoring network. Major house issues. Etcetera. Most services off line: minimal email, etc.
So, there will be a hiatus of approximately a week. Sorry for the inconvenience, but nothing big is happening right now, anyway.

Hart, get an Apple and stop wasting your time fixing something that can’t be fixed. You don’t have to deal with this kind of “maintenance” with something that actually works. Good luck!
Mr. Williams replies: Hate to bust your Deus ex machina bubble, but getting all the “Apples” in the world won’t install the new air conditioner, move the desk, move the computers, refile the records, build the new CD shelves, clean the hardwood floors, fix the pocket door, swap out the light fixture for the new fluorescent, etc. etc. etc.
I have generally tried to stay away from the Great Personal Computer Schism over the past 22 years, and will make no comment on the decades’ long, tortuous odyssey of Apple computers towards a viable (if monopoly controlled) product that actually has programs to run and isn’t overpriced as hell.
