November in the Moronosphere

You remember “NewsBusters”? “Exposing and combating liberal bias in the media.” You know, Brent Bozell’s fake Media Matters doippelganger, a “fact check” for the Reich …  er, Right?

Right.

[Note: Part 2 is on the way. Still waiting on some numbers.]

The News from SatanLand.

It isn’t every day that you get to see a true cretin cream in his creepy cretin jeans.

no 'L' sheppard

Sheppard drowning kittens

Today is such a day. Listen to Noel Sheppard, second ugliest man in the blogosmear™:

NYT: Al Gore Making A Fortune Spreading Global Warming Hysteria

November 3, 2009 – 00:13 ET

“Few people have been as vocal about the urgency of global warming and the need to reinvent the way the world produces and consumes energy. And few have put as much money behind their advocacy as Mr. Gore and are as well positioned to profit from this green transformation, if and when it comes.”

For years I have personally challenged mainstream media outlets to admit how much money Nobel Laureate Al Gore HAS and WILL make by spreading global warming hysteria.

On Tuesday, the New York Times will feature a front page story that discusses exactly that.

[...]

What? Kleiner Perkins and its partners, including Mr. Gore, could recoup their investment many times over in coming years?

I thought Gore was doing all this out of the goodness of his heart to save the planet. You mean he actually could benefit financially?

Knock me over with a feather. Who would have thought it?

But it gets better…MUCH better …

You gotta hand it to an imbecile Republithug that he is so overwhelmed with cretinous hatred of facts and science that he can ascribe it all to one man — Al Gore — and then dismiss it all as nonsense.

Then, having dismissed it as nonsense, distort the New York Times‘ reporting into “NYT: Al Gore Making A Fortune Spreading Global Warming Hysteria.”

The New York Times reports that Al Gore is making money coming up with “green” businesses and innovations. Evidently, a free market capitalist ONLY believes in making money when it’s a greedy Republithug making the cash.

The “free market” and “greed is good,” and “virtue of selfishness” don’t apply to anyone that the cretin Sheppard doesn’t like or agree with.

How often do you get to see a lunatic kkkonservative screaming and yelling angrily because someone makes money? I didn’t hear anything from Noooozbusterzez in the past eight years about the war profiteering and no-bid contracts, war procurement and outsourcing of EMBASSY freaking security (because, I guess, the U.S. Marines are too great a bunch of pussies to guard our embassies now, even though they’ve been doing it pretty damned well for 230 years now, and would die to protect those they are charged with protecting, when mercenaries virtually NEVER will).

foole3

Seriously. How often does one hear the unreconstructed imbecile GOPper dittohead bellow AGAINST capitalism? Worse, he even piles on, screeching that OTHER PEOPLE ARE MAKING MONEY, TOO!

What? You mean Pelosi, RFK Jr, and some “scientists and policy advocates also promote energy policies that personally enrich them?”

(I guess he believes that all do-g00ders take vows of poverty, just as all Republicans take vows of evil and mendaciousness.)

Fascinating that a rightie knucklehead blog that spends a significant amount of time devoted to debunking the idea that the New York Times EVER gets ANYTHING right would suddenly fall over and claim that every word in an article that they LIKE in the NYT is the GOSPEL TRUTH!

(well, WITH the distortion and putting words in the NYT’s mouth that were never written: “NYT: Al Gore Making A Fortune Spreading Global Warming Hysteria.”)

Man, if this idiot had ANY sense of hypocrisy, he’d shoot himself.

And, just for a “fair and balanced” presentation, here’s the part of the New York Times article that capitalist cretin Sheppard evidently DIDN’T read [emphasis added]:

Representative Marsha Blackburn, Republican of Tennessee, asserted at a hearing this year that Mr. Gore stood to benefit personally from the energy and climate policies he was urging Congress to adopt.

Mr. Gore says that he is simply putting his money where his mouth is.

“Do you think there is something wrong with being active in business in this country?” Mr. Gore said. “I am proud of it. I am proud of it.”

In an e-mail message this week, he said his investment activities were consistent with his public advocacy over decades….

The moron ad (for Drudge) in the moron Newsbusters posting:
Turds of a feather all stuck together

(But not in the head. Clearly, there’s nothing vital in there that might be harmed by a bullet.)

Let’s see: A GOPper is against people making money.

And a NoozBusterer is QUOTING THE NEW YORK TIMES AS A RELIABLE SOURCE!

Zowie. So that’s what a cretin orgasm looks like.

Oh my GHOD! Al Gore is making money! Not unethically. Not illegally. (Although Sheppard can’t understand why his cretinous notion that global warming is a myth isn’t accorded the same faux-reality as the “Ronald Reagan was a great president” meme, or the “there were SO weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Saddam Hussein was just too clever and hid them from the most sophisticated surveillance and intelligence in the history of mankind and then MAGICALLY spirited them out of Iraq on the hooves of Stealth Unicorns™.)

Noel Sheppard: Mr. Science Guy.

You know, when you spew ignorance, clueless hate and ignorance* 24/7/365, sooner or later somebody’s going to figure out that you’re a moron.

[* One "ignorance" just isn't enough to capture the panorama of imbecility.]

Congratulations, Mr. Sheppard.

You’re Nooz BUSTED!

Their ‘clever’ illustration: evidently a $4 bill is even fakier
than a $3 bill? It probably makes sense to cretins.

But you’re not alone. Another cretin named “Matthew Vadum” presents a contemporary Three Stooges in this little exercise in intracranial denial:

Lord Monckton Trashes Al Gore’s Global Warming Nonsense
2009 November 1
by Matthew Vadum

Lord Christopher Monckton (pictured above), former UN Ambassador John Bolton, and Glenn Beck examined Al Gore’s shoddy global warming science and hypocrisy, along with the dangers of the Copenhagen climate treaty on Beck’s Friday TV show…

Ah, Vadum. One “b” away from Truth in Advertising.

And: Ooooh. LORD Monckton! Even though we fought a revolution to do away with the idiotic notion that a hereditary title of nobility means doodley squat, and that titles are specifically prohibited in the constitution, our anti-science royalist manages to somehow cage the three looniest moonbats in the entire blogosmear, that Hateworld, that realm of dumbassery known as “reality.”

Proud patriot that relies on titles of nobility to refute science. Good ‘un, Vadum. Vadum dum de dum dum de dum de dum de dum.*

(“The worms go in, the worms go out, they eat your brains and they spit them out …”)

Glenn Beck, John Bolton AND “Lord” Monckton”? Why it’s almost like the Ultimate Science Thrill. Almost just like having Einstein, Newton and Galileo at one table!

(Minus about nine pounds of gray matter, of course.)

MIA: Noozbusterz and Faux Nooz

As we all know, Al Gore PERSONALLY invented Global Warming and no reputable scientists agree with him.

(Oh. Whoops! 100% backwards. Like the blogblarf in question.)

Oh, and check out the illustration from the same page. Somehow, this ferret-faced woman has sexually humiliated President Obama despite her lack of the “bust” advertised. Truly creepy:

the bust of noozbusterd

When you’re so filled with mindless hate that you will contradict your very own “core” beliefs (in the Almighty Buck and against the Gray Lady), you gots reel problems there in moronland, Sheppard. Biiiiiiig problems.

And here’s some more idiocy in a similar vein and the actual NYTimes article.

And that’s the news from SatanLand, where all the men are angry morons, all the women are pox-ridden and all the children eat live rats.

Courage.

  • I’m waiting with bated breath to see what the Inhoffe “truth squad” says in Copenhagen next month, and what kind of reception they get from the world’s top climate scientists.

  • Probably a polite reception. After all, most scientists have visited insane asylums, and know how to be polite to lunatics. :-)
