ABC News Now Worse Than Breitbart?

It was predictable that Breitbart’s hangers-on in his fading media empire would try to crap all over the anniversary of the death of Osama bin Laden.

Kill … or be killed

If there was ONE event that you’d think the Righties would welcome, that was it, but of course, the Black President did it, so it must be DESTROYED:

Ben Shapiro / BREITBART.COM:
WHAT ‘GUTSY CALL’?:  CIA MEMO REVEALS ADMIRAL CONTROLLED BIN LADEN MISSION
Today, Time magazine got hold of a memo written by then-CIA head Leon Panetta after he received orders from Barack Obama’s team to greenlight the bin Laden mission…

Right. As surely as the sun rises in the west, the Breitbartians will tell the truth. We know that. The lousiness of their “reporting” and the need to create Goebbels-style “Big Lie” propaganda is encoded in their DNA. (Might as well call ALL the Breitbart sites “Big Lie” and save the domain fees.)

But ABC News has to get in on the action, too:

FLASHBACK: Obama Campaign Accused Clinton Of Using Bin Laden To ‘Score Political Points’ In 2008

ABC News’ Michael Falcone reports:

The Obama campaign opened up a new line of attack on Mitt Romney Friday, suggesting that as commander-in-chief Romney might not have made the same decision to order an attack by U.S. forces to kill terrorist mastermind Osama bin Laden that President Obama did.

In a new web video titled “One Chance,” the Obama team features former President Bill Clinton praising Obama for deciding to launch the strike last year. “Why path would Mitt Romney have taken?” the clip asks.
But four years ago this April, the Obama campaign criticized Democratic rival Hillary Clinton for using Osama bin Laden in a political ad.

On the eve of the 2008 Pennsylvania primary, Clinton’s campaign released a television commercial featuring an image of bin Laden and invoking President Harry S. Truman’s quote: “If you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen.”

The ad never mentioned Obama by name, but it was part of the Clinton campaign’s effort to brand the Illinois Senator as inexperienced, especially in the foreign policy arena.

“Who do you think has what it takes?” the ad’s narrator says as an image of Clinton flashes on the screen. (The ad showed a brief clip of bin Laden as well as images of Pearl Harbor, the 1920′s stock market crash, Fidel Castro, the fall of the Berlin Wall). “You need to be ready for anything, especially now.”

The Obama campaign spokesman, Bill Burton, accused the Clinton team of playing “the politics of fear” just like George W. Bush….

Ooooh. Even though the context is entirely different, ABC News — who are scared witless to bother exposing the real lies that the GOP and Romney are putting out there each and every day — has no problems pushing this ideological sludge from former Politico hack Falcone.

Back when reporters actually reported and didn’t
just pass off political slander as “news”

No political agenda? Real “news”?

ABC pretends to be an actual news organization, unlike the straight-up propagandists and haters in Breitbartland.

Which manages, astonishingly, to put them at a LOWER level of pond-scum than the dishonesty of Breitbartiana, given that the latter aren’t ashamed of their manipulations, their phony cropped footage and other distortions to gain their ends.

ABC just tries to pretend that it’s a legitimate news organization.

Falcone’s scuzziness isn’t the issue here: what’s at issue is that the ABC editorial process approved and vetted this vile trash.

And I think you can now make a case that ABC News is WORSE than Breitbart dot com.

Way to go, guys. You’re putting on a real “kick” in the race to the bottom.

Where Falcone seems to have fed for this puerile bit of sophistry.

Way to politicize one of the few signal victories in the “War Against Terrorism.”

If you hate America, that is.

Courage.
