Breitbart dot comFirst Lady Michelle Obama’s pitch to voters last night relied on the premise that she and her husband understand what it is to struggle to make ends meet. She spoke movingly about their early years–about how a young Barack Obama drove a car that was “rusted out” and found his furniture “in a dumpster,” how they both came from families that had to “scrape by.” Her fairy tale–however well-delivered–was one great, big, colorful lie….
Just as Republican governors and legislatures have done everything in their power to make it impossible for Democratic demographics to vote with their new voter ID laws, shorter early voting hours, etc. etc.
And what does this actually tell us?
That A) Republicans are CERTAIN that they could not win a fair election or a fair argument and B) that they are actually AGAINST democracy.

What is hilarious is that while Breitbart creates their phony “fact check” James Taranto at the Wall Street Urinal launches a full frontal assault today on fact-checkers (and, by implication, “facts”).
Half are charging, half retreating, disorganized and disreputable demagogues.

What will they do when they lose is a question I have pondered at great length. I have heard some say they will move. To where? Mexico has universal health care, and gives their poor a leg up on home ownership by giving them a plot of land, and the materials to build their own house. Canada has that “horrible universal health care”, and likely neither country will take them. That pretty much leaves Europe, with it’s universal health care (again that little “socialist bugaboo”), and Africa, which is,(horrors here) full of dark skinned people and “heathens”. So what ARE they going to do? The Republicans in congress with it’s 6-13% approval rating(depending upon source), is going to be looking at a “Lame duck” president that’s not putting energy into his next election bid, but fully into getting stuff done, and those congressmen are going to have to sweat it for the midterms with such a poor approval rating. They have kicked out the conservatives who “weren’t conservative enough” whatever in the hell that means. And they seem to have some goofy idea that somehow all this vitriol and black heartedness they display, is in the majority? I think it’s pretty clear that it is a bunch of racist jerks who don’t want to admit that they just can not abide the idea of a black man in the white house, and they are willing to do, screw, and scream bloody murder at and to, whoever they can, to get him out. If you are willing to vote for a lying ass white man instead of an honest, and honorable black man, while touting “Family/Christian values”, you may consider yourself a racist, and have put it quite firmly on display! Just sayin….
