Why do we call the GOP the "Republican Confederate Party"?
Because the current agenda and much of the leadership of the GOP in Congress is straight out of Confederate ideology (libertarianism, and How Come not ONE reporter asked Ron Paul about his Confederate views on the Civil War and Secession, or why he ran for President in 1988 on a platform that included the right to secede?).
And, because the agendas of our two greatest Republican presidents (Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt) are utterly antithetical to current Republican Confederate Party ideology. And because neither would be welcome (along with Barry Goldwater, fer chrissakes) by the current GOPs.

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
